Account and billing. Name, email address, and payment details processed by our payment providers.
Content. Prompts, uploads, and generated outputs (such as images, video, music, and audio) needed to run the Service.
Cookies and usage. Cookies and similar technologies for analytics, performance, and advertising where applicable. You can manage cookies through our consent tools where available.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, prevent abuse, analyze usage, and (where permitted) support advertising. We also use content settings so Public outputs may be reviewed for Explore, while Private outputs are used to deliver the Service to you.
Service providers
We work with trusted providers for hosting, payments, analytics, and AI generation. They process information only as needed to support the Service.
Public and Private generations
- Public: may be reviewed and displayed on Explore.
- Private: not selected for Explore; used to provide results and history to you.

Retention
Generated media—including Public outputs shown on Explore—is generally deleted from our servers after 14 days. Please download anything you want to keep. Account, billing, and security records may be kept longer as needed to operate the Service and comply with law.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers as described above, or when required by law.
Children
The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Your choices
You may manage cookies where tools are available. For account access or deletion requests, contact support@nanomaker.im.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way (for example by email or an in-product notice).
