Agreement
By using https://nanomaker.im and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
NanoMaker provides AI tools to create images, video, music, and audio.
Your content
As between you and NanoMaker, you retain rights in content you create with the Service, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Public. If you mark a generation as Public, you grant NanoMaker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, select, and display it on Explore and in related Service promotion. You confirm you have the rights needed for that license.
Private. Private generations are not eligible for Explore and are used to provide the Service to you.
Storage. Generated media—including Public items shown on Explore—is generally deleted from our servers after 14 days. Download copies you want to keep. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and outputs.
